Volunteering

From time to time, parents are invited to be involved in class activities both inside and outside the classroom. Volunteers will be provided with training where required. Any volunteer who is not a direct parent or guardian of children at the school must hold a current Blue Card through the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian. This card must be shown to and registered at the office when you are volunteering your time.In an effort to make our school a safer place, all visitors to the school are asked to ‘sign in’ and collect an identification sticker. When leaving, visitors are asked to return to the office to ‘sign out’. Tuckshop volunteers should sign the book in the tuckshop. All school staff will be wearing identification badges.
